Bryan Rosencrantz, CEO
Bryan graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in business and entrepreneurship. He received the distinguished Marcia Israel "Outstanding Student of the year" award, as well as a Top Five ranking for the Fitscape business plan. Bryan was the only graduated from the program to receive both honors. Bryan's experience includes merchandising, computer programming and analysis, and real estate business development and procurement. He has been featured on LA's Channel 9 News, and various publications including the Los Angeles Business Journal, Venice Interactive Community, Entrepreneur Magazine, Microsoft.com, Dummies books, college text books, and the USC Business School Magazine.
Thomas Huack, Chief Technologist
Thomas earned his masters in computer science from the University of Southern California. His previous accomplishments include work for NASA, where he has won numerous accolades for his projects. His work includes: Development of various Win95/NT (32-bit) applications for imaging systems; Extensive client/server development involving Oracle, PI/Open, and Wang databases using Delphi, C++Builder, and Oracle Objects for OLE; Design and implementation of data driven Web applications using ASP and DCOM; Implementation of business layer in ATL COM components (3-tier); Responsible for development, maintenance, and support of the GSEOS software package, which runs on Windows95/NT and is written in C and C++ (Borland C++) using OWL 2.0. Implementation and support of various spacecraft test systems for GALILEO, CASSINI, IMAGE, and other missions, performed as consulting services for JPL/NASA (CA), APL/Johns Hopkins University (MD), and Southwest Research Institute (TX).
Nasi Peretz, CTO
Nasi is a graduate of the University of Southern California, Viterbi School of Engineering in Computer Engineering & Computer Science. Currently pursuing his masters in Engineering Management at USC, and maintaining numerous development and production internet/intranet environments. As the founder of Abstrakt Designs, he has developed numerous custom applications for small to medium sized businesses in an array of programming languages and platforms.
Larry M. Schnaid, CFO
Mr. Schnaid, a Vice President of Investments at AG Edwards, has had experience in financial accounting, tax, and corporate banking for a variety of institutions. He currently provides technical analysis and investment recommendations for client portfolios. Mr. Schnaid received a Bachelor of Science in accounting from USC and has an MBA in Finance from NYU. He is currently a Level II candidate in the CFA program.
Prior to joining AG Edwards, Mr. Schnaid worked as a banker in New York City with Citigroup, one of the world's largest financial services firms. In this capacity, he analyzed the financial performance and recommended corporate finance solutions to some of the largest and most sophisticated insurance and re-insurance companies in the world. Mr. Schnaid also performed valuations and analyzed the credit risk and exposures of financial institutions to determine institutional risk appetite and appropriate pricing models. In addition, he coordinated Citigroup's product calling effort to ensure that the bank was providing the client with the best service possible.
Mr. Schnaid began his career as a CPA at Ernst & Young in Century City, California. During his tenure, he organized and managed audit, review and special project engagements for a diverse array of start-up, middle-market and publicly held entertainment and consumer products companies. He currently is an active member,
working with the boards of several charities, including The World Tikkun Center, The Guardians, and Friends of the IDF.

Eric Meier
Prior to founding Calypso® Medical, Mr. Meier was an executive director in the surgical oncology franchise for Ethicon Endo-Surgery, a Johnson & Johnson Company, where he led worldwide market development and marketing for oncology products. He also served as director of business development with Ethicon, Inc. and was responsible for business development and marketing. Previously, Mr. Meier served as program manager at Protocol Systems, where he led research and development for drug delivery and patient monitoring systems.
Mr. Meier holds a master's of business administration from Stanford University and a bachelor's of science in biomedical engineering from Duke University. He also serves on the boards of Duke University's Pratt School of Engineering and Ziba Design, an industrial design firm.
Daniel Dornbusch
Daniel Dornbusch is currently the Group Vice President in charge of sales and marketing at the leading oncology medical education and market research company, the Network for Medical Communication and Research. Previously, he held roles in Marketing, Business Development, Corporate Development and Product Development at Genentech, Inc in San Francisco, California and Genzyme Corp in Cambridge, Massachusetts as well as genetic research at the University of California at Berkeley. He received his B.S. from Cornell University in Biology and English, his M.S. from Tufts University School of Medicine and Emerson College and his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
Eric Reiter
Eric is a principal with Brentwood Associates. Eric also serves as a Director of Array Marketing Group. He is currently active in the corporate development efforts of Oriental Trading Company and Monarch Designs. Eric was also active in the sale of Bell Automotive in late 2004.
Prior to joining Brentwood Associates, Eric worked in the merchant banking division of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where his primary responsibilities included analyzing and structuring investments for the $3 billion DLJMB II L.P. private equity fund. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a dual bachelor's degree in finance and operation and information management from the Wharton School of Business.

Dr. Richard H. Edelson, M.D., M.S.
Dr. Edelson, a founding partner in Oregon Sports Medicine Associates, is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine. He received his undergraduate education at Stanford University where he graduated with departmental honors and distinction with a BA in human biology. He simultaneously obtained his MD degree and Masters degree in Pathology from the Oregon Health Sciences University, where he was one of the seven in the nation to be awarded a prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society national research fellowship. Dr Edelson did his orthopedic surgery training at the University of Utah. He subsequently was fellowship trained in sports medicine at The Cleveland Clinic Foundation. While in Cleveland he assisted in the care of the Cleveland Browns and the Cleveland Cavaliers, acted as physician for the Cleveland Ballet and served as team doctor for several local colleges and schools.
Dr. Edelson has published and presented nationally and internationally on a variety of sports medicine topics. He was a guest lecturer at the Japanese Rheumatologic Society and Orthopedic Society in Kobe, Japan. Dr. Edelson is team doctor for the Portland Pythons of the World Indoor Soccer League, was a team doctor for the 1999 FIFA Women's World Cup Soccer Tournament, has been a medical director of the Nike World Masters Games, and oversees the care of professional, college, elite and amateur athletes. In addition to his private practice of sports medicine, he is currently co-director of the knee and shoulder sports medicine clinic at the Shriner's Hospital for Children in Portland, Oregon.
Dr. Sandra Jean Lewis, M.D., F.A.C.C.
Dr. Lewis is currently serving on the Executive Committee of the Portland Cardiovascular Institute. From 1990-1993, she was Chief of Cardiology at the Good Samaritan Hospital and Medical Center in Portland. Dr. Lewis was also a cardiologist at The Heart Clinic in Portland between 1986-1993, and she has been a Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at the Oregon Health Sciences University since 1986.
She is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and her affiliations are wide reaching. Dr. Linda K. Yamada, Pharm.D.
Dr. Yamada oversees Kaiser Permanente's Southern California Pharmacy Systems. Her responsibilities include managing the Outpatient/Inpatient/Home Health Pharmacy Information Management System, Kaiser's Prescription Refill System, Point-of-Sale, E-Script, Baker Pharmacy 2000, Computerized Oncology Profile System, Outpatient Anticoagulation System and the Kaiser Pharmaceutical Care System. Dr. Yamada is also the primary liaison to the Information Technology Department and other department personnel.
Dr. Yamada received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Southern California. Her affiliations include: the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy; the American Medical Informatics Association; the American Society for Automation in Pharmacy; the American Society of Hospital Pharmacists; the California Society of Hospital Pharmacists and the National Council for Prescription Drug Programs.
Deborah Klein, R.D.
Deborah's mission in life is to educate others on achieving optimal wellness through balanced eating, exercise and relaxation. Deborah received a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics from the University of California and continued to Augusta, Georgia where she received her Registered Dietitian license. She also completed her Master's of Science degree in Foods and Nutrition from the California State Polytechnic University in Pomona. In the past Deborah has worked as a production assistant for CNN's Food & Health News and was honored as "Registered Dietitian of the Year"
from the Spectrum Health Club in LA, where she worked for three years.
Ari Kalan
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Ari Kalan attended the University of Southern California where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Ari has been a personal trainer for the past 5 years. Ari has also worked at the Beach Cities Health District in Southern California as a Health and Fitness Specialist. Ari brings experience in exercise program creation and monitoring, cardiac rehabilitation, exercise computer applications. Ari has lectured on numerous topics, including exercise and aging, strength and endurance, and posture and balance. Ari holds first-aid, CPR, AED, and AFAA certifications.
